How Long Does it Take?
We aim to have your tool back to you within 1 week, dependant on the specific requirements of each tool. Once the works has been completed and paid we will dispatch via Fedex on a next day service.
How Do I Get my Tool to You?
Get in contact with us, we ask you to box up your equipment, we can arrange Fedex to collect from you or you can use your own courier to send to us. Please contact us before sending any equipment.
What If My Tool Fails Calibration?
We quote for the repair needed to get the tool into full working order. If you are happy to proceed, we will carry out the works to ensure a successful calibration and issue a 12-month calibration certificate.
How Will You Remind Me When It’s Due for It’s Annual Calibration?
You will receive an email 8 weeks prior to your next calibration. This gives you enough time to schedule the tool in with us and keep the equipment maintained.
