CalibrationCalibration ensures that the tool performs accurately by measuring it against defined tolerances within a specific set of parameters. It involves, a visual inspection, cylinder splay check, force test with adjustment, replacement safety decals, firmware update, calibration certification on a pass. What if it fails? ServiceService is a more in-depth process, where the machine is stripped and cleaned, re-greased, and calibrated. A service is recommended for older tools or tools which have had heavy use between maintenance.
